Waterville Town Library Conduct Policy
To ensure a respectful and comfortable environment for all library patrons, the following policies are in place:
General Behavior: Be respectful of others while in the library. Basic consideration, including (but not limited to) respecting personal space, monitoring noise levels, and using appropriate language should be adhered to.
Respectful Use of Photography and Videography:
Privacy and Respect: Patrons are prohibited from taking photos or videos of what another individual is reading, browsing, or viewing within the library. This includes all library spaces and digital screens.
Consent: If you wish to photograph or film in the library, please ensure that you have obtained explicit consent from any individuals who may be identifiable in your footage.
Any violation of these policies may result in the individual being asked to leave the library.
